Blend of 95% Pinot Bianco and Ribolla Gialla grapes. Matured one year in barrique. Light golden yellow. A great white wine from Collio: ethereal, charming with notes of fresh almond, honey, white peach, wildflower and light smoke provided by the demolition of the yeasts. Impressive taste, soft and elegant and warm, incredibly long finish.
