Made from Pecorino and aged in stainless steel. The wine has a bright, straw-yellow color and while still very young, it already has a complex aroma with notes of peat, iodine and white pepper. The mouthfeel is salty and fresh with a bold yet agile and dynamic structure. The finish is long, sharp and has great personality.
