The wine has a ruby color and the bouquet opens with an intense scent of black cherries preserved in spirits and floral aromas of violet. These are followed by notes of humus and balsamic ones which nicely compliment a ferrous and full-bodied minerality. The flavor has whole fruit and a nice acidity and the finish is fruity and mineral.
