A ruby color and an exemplary, compact and gentle bouquet with scents of bark, cinchona and juniper berries on a base of ripe red fruit. This is echoed in the flavor while the mouthfeel has a great balance between the tannins and the acidity which makes the wine soft and gives it a long persistence.
