Chateauneuf du Pape 2015

A blend of 75% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre, ad 5% Cinsault that matures for six months in cement and 12 months in barrels. It has a bright ruby color and a broad aromatic profile with notes of blond tobacco, licorice and spice. The mouthfeel is saline with distinct graphite and humus sensations along with subtle and soft tannins that have a freshness that make it juicy. The finish is long and flavorful.
