    An almost equal blend of Catarratto Lucido and Inzolia that ferments and ages in stainless steel. It has an intense color with luminous reflections and a strong bouquet of medlar, gooseberry, Mediterranean brush herbs and yellow flowers. The whole aroma is refreshed by a slightly balsamic note of wild asparagus and wild fennel. The mouthfeel is tasty and balanced and extremely drinkable despite the pronounced density. The finish is unexpectedly deep.
