Cerasuolo di Vittoria 2007

A wine that reflects the year, rainy but with a nice balance in ripening, where the rain helped foster freshness. This wine is already pleasing to the nose, with vegetal scents of myrtle and laurel on crunchy notes of ripe cherry and mulberry. The flavor is Mediterranean but without being excessively warm, with a lovely harmony between marjoram, dried tomatoes and plums in the finish. Nice personality.
