The Saputi famly have been working their five hectares of hillside vineyards since 1984. They produce 8,000 bottles a year of Castru Vecchiu, a white made in steel vats with only Ribona/Maceratino grapes.
It has a bright, straw-yellow color and an intense aroma with scents of peach and apple, acacia and lily of the valley, aromatic herbs and walnut husk. The mouthfeel is agile, warn, soft, fresh and mineral in the finish.
