A typical blend of 80% Negroamaro and 20% Malvasia Nera that matures for 36 months in large barrels and barriques. The color is an intense ruby and the bouquet is of ripe fruit, vanilla and a dab of black pepper. The bold mouthfeel is warm and long with lovely tannins that together with a wonderful freshness adds to the wine’s drinkability.
