The straw-yellow color has bright reflections while the aroma is dominated by scents of white flowers, lychees, a touch of medlar and a note of warm wool. The mouthfeel has a nice structure and a thick progression with an acidity that resists being tamed and makes it a pleasing drop. There are floral notes in the finish that are even dark in the aftertaste.
