    A Fiano made from thirty vines that ferments in barrels and ages for two months in the bottle. The wine has a straw-yellow color and citrus aromas followed by those of white peach and a smoky hint. The mouthfeel has a distinct acidic streak and both body and vigor to then close on a bitter note with a long, slightly mentholated finish.
