Casata Monfort Mϋller Thurgau 2012

Giovanni Simoni created Cantine Monfort in 1945 and today it is run by his family’s fourth generation. The winery’s focus has always been on tradition, research on quality and recovering local grapes from the past. The wine is fermented in steel, in order to preserve all its various characteristics, and it has a straw-yellow color with streaks of green light. The nose has a nice complexity and intensity with an accent of chlorophyll that accompanies scents of plum, white peach and pineapple. It has a medium body with delicate sensations of softness and a long zesty freshness.
