Skerk makes a number of different wines but his Malvasia, made macerating the grape skins with the must, is something special. This vintage 2009 has a golden color, an aromatic bouquet of wild flowers and a salty taste, distinct, very intense. Serve at 14°C and perhaps together with Grado fish broth or shellfish in general.
