This wine fermented a short time on the skins of dry grapes, making it the most ‘white’ wine of the selections. It has a green, straw-yellow color, the aroma does not smear (as the others dis not) and is compact and a bit dry. There are notes of olive oil, motor grease and subtle scents of dried flowers. This is also the most ‘white’ wine to the palate, which is not very rich, and it is the only one that does not have a note of gingerbread. The persistence in deep, with definite olive oil, and hardly drying at all. Whule there was no lack personality, I personally I was not crazy about this vintage.
