A blend of 60% chardonnay, 35% Ribolla and 5% Picolit that ferments in stainless steel and in wood for the Chardonnay, but not all. The wine has a bright, straw-yellow color and a complex and clear aroma of moss and melon with a very intense and broad floral touch. The mouthfeel has great class and is thick, flavorful, progressive and flowing, slightly saline, with a slight hint of citrus that returns in the aftertaste while the finish is very deep.
