Made from only Greco grapes, the wine has a bright, straw-yellow color and a bouquet of yellow peach, gorse, anise and sage on a light balsamic background with sulfur nuances. The mouthfeel is distinguished by an acidity that makes it an immediate and inviting drop, one that is elegant and has an excellent structure. The finish is long, after an excellent progression, with a sensations of almond and mint. It is a shame that only 600 bottles are produced a year.
