A blend of 50% Biancolella and 50% Forastera, grown on low head-trained vines on chestnut trellises, which is fermented in barriques for about 30 days and matured in stainless steel. The wine has a straw-yellow color and a broad aroma with scents of medlar, citron, thyme and chamomile. The mouthfeel is brackish, agile, long and persistent with notes of iodine and almond in the aftertaste.
Bottles produced: 5,000.
