A blend of 70% Nebbiolo and 30% Vespolina that matures for two years in large, oak barrels. The color is a pale yet brilliant ruby and the aroma has notes of red citrus followed by those of violets and a hint of yellow prune. The mouthfeel has a medium texture with a lovely progression upheld by a refreshing acidity that is in no way commonplace. The finish is flavorful and clean with an excellent persistence.
