The intense straw-yellow color has reflections of hay while the complex aroma is full of notes of green tea, ripe medlar, eucalyptus and sage, as well as a distinct scent of saffron. The mouthfeel is very intense, compact and bold with an excellent acidity and salty tones that strongly offset any sweetness. The finish is very persistent, rotund and soft.
