A blend of Procanico and Grecherto with a little addition of Verdello and Malvasia. While the blend is the same as Terre Vineate, the grapes come from a different area, one which has an ideal exposure and which farmers have for years called Campo del Guardiano (Caretaker’s Field). The bouquet has aromas of herbs, rosemary and a balsamic touch along with some ripe fruit and juicy peach. The mouthfeel has a structured body and is meaty and brackish, while the finish is tasty with flavors of wilted flowers, almond and ripe fruit.
