An unusual wine the grapes for which were picked in late October after they had in part developed botrytis mold. Its color is a splendid amber-gold and the aroma is insinuating with a smoked sweetness and scent of anise followed by raisin and vaguely oxidized notes. The mouthfeel is balsamic, saline and full-bodied.
