Cadrobbi is the name of a vineyard which gives its name to this wine the La Vis winery produces in the heart of Colline Avisiane, a stone’s throw from Trento. The wine has a tenuous and bright straw-yellow color and distinct scents of apple, lychees, lavender, lily of the valley, sage and thistle, the result of a care use of steel in fermenting and aging. The mouthfeel has an aromatic richness, a nice structure and a mineral freshness.
