Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

The weather this year was almost the opposite of that of the previous vintage with a cool spring and a hot and dry summer which delayed harvest until October 5. The now mature vines produced grapes that were so rich that the wine had to be aged for 18 months in barrels that were all new wood. The wine has a very limpid color, an almost purple-ruby, while the aroma has clear floral notes, both Parma violets and rose, a delicate sweetness and then red fruit giving it the promise of a great evolution. Despite its youth, the mouthfeel is already extraordinary, bold yet elegant, already balanced and very long. The wine is set to go on the market soon.
