Cabernet Sauvignon 2001

The long season led to the decision to opt for aging in wood barrels 70% of which were made with new wood. The wine has a dark, dense, concentrated color with lovely ruby nuances. The bouquet is also dark and profound and very linear: graphite, carbon, dark tobacco and then licorice. A wrapping symphony that ushers in a truly convincing flavor, full-bodied, pungent, very harmonious, with a lovely progression that is long and deep. The tannins are bold but not overbearing and allow for a finish with great persistence.
