    Made from Moscato Bianco di Canelli and slightly filtered. A pale yet very bright straw-yellow color with a fine effervescence. The clear and intense aroma has notes of sage, mallow and boxwood embellishing scents of white peach and medlar.  The mouthfeel has a wonderful progression in which the balance between the acidity, sweetness and effervescence is perfect, leaving the mouth with only the flavor of the aromas, while finish is flavorful and persistent. To drink by the bucket.
