A blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Bianco (making it a Blanc de Blancs), this sits on the lees for 32-33 months. It has a straw-yellow color and a fine bead. The aroma leans towards mineral tones but it also has sweet notes of ripe, yellow fruit, almond and equally sweet citrus ones like citron. The mouthfeel has a nice balance, the right amount of creaminess and a fruity and lemony finish.
