A straw-yellow color that is not too intense and has very youthful green reflections. The aroma is precise, rich and intense on intriguing notes of white and yellow fruit, lychee, peach and medlar standing out before giving way to yellow flowers and a slightly balsamic streak. The taste is lovely, decidedly elegant and edgy with a compact effervescence and sharp and fresh acidity. The finish is excellent thanks to its persistence and nasal consistency.
