A 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay made from grapes from a single clos in the village of Cramant. The base wine aged in part in stainless steel vats and in part in small, used barrels with only partial malolactic fermentation taking place. A dosage of 5g/l was added when the wine was disgorged.
A Champagne with great personality starting with its floral aromas and notes of citrus and white pepper. The mouthfeel is sumptuous, complex and amazingly creamy making it a wrapping drop with a fine effervescence and an impressive persistence.
