A 100% Chardonnay wine made with only Grand Cru grapes from small parcels all in the village of Cramant. This is a blend of three old vintages (60% vintage and 40% vin de reserve) that ages in stainless steel. It undergoes malolactic fermentation and sits on the less for no less than 60 months. The final dosage is 8g/l.
The bouquet has a distinct personality with its floral and spicy notes while the mouthfeel is dense and creamy yet agile and flavorful. The finish is dynamic, long and citrusy.
