Made from Sangiovese grapes and aged in 25-30hl Slovenian oak barrels, the wine has a ruby color that leans towards bright garnet. The aroma is intense and clean with classic notes of Marasca cherry, tobacco, underbrush and light citrus sensations, while the mouthfeel is balanced and fine with a compact texture, a nice acidity that adds elegance and tannins that are not invasive. The progression is balanced and the finish intense with notes of tobacco and tamarind.
