This is a blend of 50% Friulano and 30% Chardonnay, the grapes which were allowed to partially raisinate, and 20% Sauvignon. The grapes varieties were pressed separately and the musts blended, fermentation took place in steel and wood barrels of various ages while aging was on the lees. This wine is already exquisite with its color, a golden, straw-yellow with delicate green reflections. The aroma is immediate, broad and penetrating, while at the same time wrapping. The bouquet includes mango, a mix of peach and apricot, citrus peel and gorse on a vegetal, mineral and slightly honey-like background. The flavor fully corresponds with the aroma and has a very balanced and quite bold, imposing and agile, fresh and zesty. The persistence is long.
