Bricco del Bosco Vigne Vecchie 2013

A garnet color with ruby reflections and a distinct and complex aroma with notes of cardamom, nutmeg and rhubarb on a background of dried flowers. The attack of the mouthfeel is subtle yet flavorful and this continues at the center of the mouth with the addition of a note of nutmeg, while the finish is whispered yet tenacious, with slightly tart but not drying tannins. This vintage has a long life ahead of it. Needs time.
