The color is similar to the previous two wines while the aroma, which still maintains a distinctive complexity, is more fused and less ‘embroidered’ than the other two younger wines, with an intense note of cinnamon and coriander on a bed of violets. The attack of the mouthfeel is slightly broader with flavors of cinnamon and coriander at the center of the palate and the finish is medium and full.
