An elegant explosion of spices, white pepper and rhubarb, graphite, comfit and incense. Fruity nuances of blackberry and sour cherry intermingle with sensations of talcum and polish in a delicate and balsamic scheme. The mouthfeel is silky but has a nice body, with sweet tannins that work well with a pleasing, brackish sapidity and a fruity-spicy finish.
