His Bric dei Banditi, Barbera d'Asti, is the most simple but also the most drinkable of his selection. It has a violet-ruby color and an intense aroma of black cherry, rose and moss. The flavor is fresh, almost salty, with an excellent body and nice persistence. Serve at 16°C with raw meat Albese-style or baked lasagna.
