The color is just a tad yellow and aging noticeably improved the aromatic profile that is varied and broad, no longer distinguished by the minerality but also offering scents of wild flower and citrus. The mouthfeel is taut, elegant and again in this case the initial and light sweetness soon vanishes into nothingness. The tactile sensations are absolutely unrepeatable in wines made from other grapes.
