Bonnes Mares Grand Cru 2007

A wonderful interpretation of the grape with its transparent, almost feminine color. The Mugnier style is delicate, elegant and composed with aromas that are magnificently relaxed with floral scent dominating the attack.  This is followed by enticing mentholated notes and those of sweet spice before a textbook finish with sensations of underbrush and a formidable persistence. The mouthfeel is the quintessence of Pinot Noir with its extraordinary propensity to be consumed: silky and caressing with a long and rewarding finish.
