A true southern red of which there should be many more. It is made mostly from Nero di Troia, with small additions of Aglianico, and ages only in steel vats with no use of wood at all. The color is an intense and bright ruby while the aroma is initially fruity, with scents of black cherry and myrtle, before shifting towards more spicy and complex notes. The taste is fresh and easy to drink and for this reason it should be served at no more than 16°C to exalt these characteristics. Pair with baked pasta and roast chicken with potatoes.
