    A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that sits on the lees for 36 months. The color is a golden, straw-yellow and the nose is of confit apricot and mimosa with notes of basil and white peach. The mouthfeel has a distinct fruity sweetness with a return of peach and yellow plum and a touch of vanilla in the finish where the sweetness is counterbalanced by a sensation of dry salt and a grapefruit freshness.
