Made from Verdicchio grapes and matured in cement for 15 months. The wine has a pale yet lively straw-yellow color and very defined aromas that need to be sought out like the notes of chlorophyll, yellow flowers and wild mint. Balance and finesse reign supreme in the mouthfeel that has an impeccable freshness with the acidity remaining in the background. The subtle aftertaste has notes of wild mint. The 2012 vintage was a bit more vibrant but even this 2015 is a wine to remember. It would be best to wait till 2020 to drink it, if you can resist.
