This Fiano, now in its second year of production, has totally convinced me. It has quite a bright canary-yellow color, an aroma that leans towards slightly aromatic notes, the result of grapes that are just a little overripe. The mouthfeel is soft, rotund, counterbalanced by a lively freshness that makes it quite pleasing. A fine example for it is not easy in this area to find such complete whites.
