Made from Biancolella grapes. A bold straw-yellow. The bouquet has floral scents, gentian, yeast lysis, mineral accents of yellow plumb and peach. The taste is full-bodied, soft, very savory, almost salty. The finish is subtle and pleasing, a nice length.
