Made from 100% Zibibbo grapes, this Passito has an amber, sunny color of nice consistency. The bouquet is a symphony of scents: dried apricot, raisin, candied orange peel, honey and sweet spice. The flavor is immediately wrapping and velvety, with a nice acidic backbone that gives freshness and offsets some of the sweetness. Dynamic and juicy, the finish is long and fruity.
