Made from Dolcetto grapes. Among the best of its kind even in this version. It has an intense and bright mauvish-ruby color. The bouquet is intensely fruity, scents of yeast, then black current, violets, raspberry, sharp and fragrant. The taste is full-bodied, balanced, warm, savory, rich but easy to drink with a long and enveloping finish.
