100% Nebbiolo grapes. Matures for over 2 years in large casks. Ruby-garnet. Very typical nose, which opens with balsamic and licorice notes, then faint hints of violets and blackcurrants and a slightly oaky tone. Very characterful flavor, with the habitual dense but unaggressive tannins found in the best crus of Serralunga. Supple, warming, gutsy and persistent fruit.
