This is possibly the greatest Sori Tildin ever produced. It has an unreal color, a distinct red with garnet nuances while the aroma is very rich in spice – clove and ground black pepper – but also salty meat, hematic as a great Syrah from the Rhone. The mouthfeel is full, rich and vigorous yet endowed with a refined elegance.
