At the time this vintage was a bit underrated but today it often 'comes out' better than the 1971, usually considered much better. The color is a bright and lively garnet. The bouquet is intense, with traces of fruit together with scents of dried flowers and damp earth. An excellent flavor, vigorous, with just a hint of tannins and a sumptuous and velvety finish.
