    100% Sangiovese. Matured in barrels of various sizes for at least 30 months.  A classic and austere aroma with scents of blackberry, summer underbrush and bark. The rich mouthfeel has slightly rough, youthful tannins offset by a dense progression. The finish is austere, deep and persistent.
