Another gem from the Parentini-Pagli team with a classic aroma of yellow peach that is so clear and intense that it can get the better of the lovely, standard vein of red and black fruits. Even if the wine is young the wood is measured with a slightly smoky accent and some elegant spice. The taste is quite extraordinary with a wonderful impact that is in no way sweet thanks to great tannins and an excellent acidic streak that elegantly holds the wine up. The finish is superb, bold and persistent without ever getting out of line.
