This is a thoroughbred with a classic ruby color, intact, deep and bright. The bouquet is extremely clean and intense with a fruit component still intense and almost youthful: blackberry, ripe cherry, morello cherry and then spices. There are also come nice scents of tobacco, graphite and eucalyptus. The flavor is one of rare elegance and potency, with tannins that are excellently integrated in a quite muscular body well-upheld by a refreshing acidic vein. The way it sits at the center of the mouth is excellent and the progression produces a finish that is of rare length and depth.
